Ramada Inn Vallejo/Napa Valley Area

I think it was nice for a short stay, but I feel it did not live up to my expectations.

This hotel is accomidating, good breakfast, pet and family friendly. Very busy, with patience the staff are helpful and willing to do anything to make your stay good.

Staff said hotel was full and could not give us a room with 2 beds. The hotel was clearly not even close to full.

The overall experience was very satisfying, we were close to all of our destinations, there was great dining within walking distance, there was a shopping center and everything you needed within 1/2 mile, the location was fabulous. Over all the hotel was alright there were some glitches but the staff took care of them right away.

Overall the hotel was comfortable while traveling with children. The children had access to the pool until 10pm. The size of the room fit the needs for one adult and two children. I was glad the room provided the iron and blow dryer. A concern was the cleanliness of the table and two chairs. I wouldn't use them because of the visible stains and dirt. A family member two rooms down made several calls to the front desk requesting additional towels. I loved how soft the bed was and how fluffy the top blanket was. I think that you souled have the hot coco packets in the rooms for youngsters and coco lovers. Thanks.
